Job Description Accounting Manager / Assistant Controller ( $100MM Annual Sales )

Manage the monthly close process and all related activities to support timely and accurate financial statements, including Trial Balance, Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and other supplement schedules.

Responsible for general ledgers, prepare monthly journal entries, research and reconcile all discrepancies, including reconciliation of all bank accounts.

Complete responsibility/ownership of all related systems (i.e. GL system, financial reporting, etc.) .

Manage and improve company ongoing accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management and Job Cost.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

Highly effective written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
