Job Description
Sales Manager and Finance Manager-Domestic Dealership

High volume store is in need of one Sales Manager and one Finance Manager to help with our increased volume, expansion and planned growth for 2013. Candidates should be well rounded and have a thorough understanding of new car sales process, sub prime market and knowledgeable in leasing.

2013 has no room for those who do not understand how to run a dealership in today's business climate. If you are not on the cutting edge of your field you need not apply.

Job Requirements Candidate must have previous Sales Manager or Finance Manager experience at a high volume dealership.

Additional requirements to be considered for the position are the following:

excellent bank relationships-you must be able to get deals done
must be able to hire and train salespeople
finance and insurance background preferred for all positions
excellent history of customer satisfaction scores is a must
sub prime knowledge
closing skills
phone skills
focus on product knowledge
be able to generate minimum of $900 PVR in Finance
