Job Description
  • Two month temporary administrative assistant for Trust Company in Wilmington, DE.  Must be available to start ASAP
  • Provide administrative support for senior department manager
  • Schedule internal and external meetings and conference calls, coordinate conference   rooms, etc.
  • Answer, screen and route high volume phone calls; communicate accurate and detailed messages as needed
  • Coordinate travel arrangements including flight, hotel and ground transportation
  • Process travel & entertainment reports and reimbursements
  • Ability to deal with external clients and senior level individuals throughout the firm
  • Organize and maintain status report of client requests for information
  • Perform ad hoc projects as needed.
  • Pay rate is $20/hour - non- negotiable
  • Job Requirements
        
    • Minimum 3-5 year administrative assistant experience
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
    • Ability to perform in fast paced environment.
    • Excellent organizational skills; detail oriented.
    • Strong time management skills; ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
    • Resourceful and able to handle multiple and changing priorities.
    • Ability to communicate effectively with senior management.
    • Must be teamwork oriented and also be able to work independently with minimal guidance.
