Job Description Locke Paper Group, LLC specializes in finding expert Engineers and Managers for our Pulp & Paper Industry clients as well as for our Manufacturing customers. Our Recruiters are actively seeking top Process Engineers and Product Development Engineers for our clients Nationwide.

A current key search is for a Sr Process Engineer specializing with pulp mill years of expertise; the individual must have an engineering or paper science engineering degree; a minimum of six years experience in pulp or fluff mill manufacturing with optomization projects and process improvements; results driven success; change agent expertise; strength in people facilitating and customer focus; training and mentoring; Six Sigma certifications can be required. One of our mill clients needs this top expert as a Technical Services Manager, thus also overseeing the process engineers and environmental departments. These active searches are for mills in the South and Southeastern regions of the USA.

A second special search is for a Process Engineer/Production Supervisor or Manager. Several of our mills are seeking this core expertise to make these individuals, Team Leaders to head Production crews and Paper Machine operations. These top Manager or Supervisor positions require strong leadership and process engineering, paper machines years of experience. They prefer experienced Production Supervisors with paper or chemical engineering degrees. These positions are at different mill locations around the USA. These experts must have paper mill operations experience.
