Midmark is looking to add a Business Systems Analyst to our team in Versailles, Ohio. Relocation assistance is available.
This position is responsible for the support of the Oracle EBS11i 10.2 and 3rd party applications in areas of Manufacturing and Engineering. Also, serve as the primary liaison between IT and the Manufacturing Operation and Engineering Departments. The Business System Analyst will provide configuration management and support to partner in the planning, delivery and/or support of business processes utilizing information technology and business practices for strategic business units. This will help Midmark Corporation streamline business processes, reduce duplicated efforts, and show bottom line results.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for analysis, translation, and defining of business requirements. Obtaining approval of requirements, testing, training, and implementation support.
• Responsible for analyzing and resolving Oracle functional problems of assigned modules (Manufacturing, WIP, Inventory, and Engineering).
• Participate in the review of current business unit processes and demonstrate improved processes through standard Oracle functionality.
• Provide documentation and workflow analysis support for process improvement.
• Work closely with other Business Systems Analysts, Process Owners and Development Teams as required on multiple initiatives.
• Partner w/ Directors and Project Sponsors to build business cases to assist with prioritizing projects.
• Partner with business leaders in prioritizing enhancement requests.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology, Manufacturing Engineering or 5 years equivalent experience supporting a large ERP system. Strong understanding of the Oracle eBusiness Suite 11i.
Other Requirements:
• Experience with continuous improvement systems/processes, discrete manufacturing, Kanban, Configurator, and Engineering.
• Knowledge of Oracle MFG, INV, WIP, CFG, ENG, BOM.
• Ability to work independently or in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong process management, analytical skills, and experience in quality assurance testing.
• Strong interpersonal communication and customer-facing skills.
• Manufacturing and Service Company experience a plus.
• Experience using Oracle interfaces.
• Project Management skills and Masters Degree a plus.
• Strong understanding of SQL, PL/SQL, and API’s of assigned modules and Unix/Linux OS environment
