Job Description

 

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION Oversee the growth of the INCON brand of Power Reliability Systems for Franklin Fueling Systems by creating marketing strategies, creating and implementing advertising strategies, creating marketing communication tools (literature) to support the sales team, overseeing tradeshows and overseeing the web presence. Work with Product Managers to gather marketable information on products and utilizes the Corporate Communications department to create marketing communications materials from this information and then implement to sales team and customers. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Define Marketing initiatives and collateral material requirements.
  2. Manage interactions with Federal and State regulatory agencies in support of penetration initiatives.
  3. Formulate info on products and create all marketing communications materials (literature) for sales team and customers.
  4. Identify Business opportunities for growth of INCON brand PRS equipment globally.
  5. Define Short and long term strategic goals, build customer awareness and relationships.
  6. Maintain and constantly cultivate a high level of knowledge regarding market conditions and trends
  7. Leads the PRS Sales and Technical organization.
  8. Oversee all advertising.
  9. Work closely with Product Managers to develop and implement marketing communications materials.
  10. Write marketing programs and promotions and implement.
  11. Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.

•Use noncomplex machines and equipment (adding machines, calculators, copy/fax machines, etc.).

Education and Experience

•Bachelor of Science degree required, preferably in Marketing. MBA preferred.

•10 years of relevant experience. Experience with power utility distribution and specifically substations is a preferred.
