MANUFACTURING SUPERVISOR – 2ND/4TH SHIFTS

Exotic Metals Forming Company is looking for an innovative Manufacturing Supervisor with solid people skills and leadership development experience to join our growing team.   Role and Responsibilities:                                                                               

  • Mentoring and managing production associates within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Developing and implementing effective means of communicating safety, quality, delivery and cost related metrics to employees.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with all departments and levels of internal and external personnel.  Interface effectively with other supervisors and managers to achieve overall goals and deliver consistent communication to employees.
  • Must be decisive with strong analytical and technical skills, and able to constructively solve problems with creativity and latitude. 
  • The successful candidate will rely on extensive experience with manufacturing concepts, practices and procedures to plan and achieve departmental and company goals. 
  • Requires solid understanding and experience with concepts associated with Kaizen and Lean principles. 
  • Prefer a 4-year manufacturing or engineering degree, or equivalent experience.
