The Assistant Manager is responsible for collaborating with the Store Manager on all aspects of store operations with sales building as a continual focus. Responsible for monitoring and controlling costs, assisting with hiring and development of people, maintaining equipment and facility to company cleaning standards, and other management tasks. Qualified candidates should have 1-3 years retail and/or sales experience with supervisory experience strongly preferred. We offer a comprehensive training program to prepare you for the role of Store Manager. Hourly pay plus commission & monthly bonus.

Job Requirements

1-3 years retail and/or sales experience.
Previous supervisory experience or equivalent education strongly preferred.
Proven Sales Success.
Available for ALL shifts including early mornings, nights and weekends.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Thorough knowledge of retail/ customer service environment preferred.
Ability to promote a positive sales environment.
Some P.C. knowledge.
32-40 hours per week required.
Able to stand for long periods of time.
Able to lift 50 lbs. without assistance.
