Job Description

If you are a candidate with proven and positive leadership skills, a thorough knowledge base, and who is interested in mentoring nursing staff, you will be a great fit for this position.

Ensure that staffing levels meet residents’ needs; ensures all appropriate and necessary nursing care is provided.

Performs administrative planning.

Supervises nursing supervisors and management staff

Maintains and/or establishes necessary policy and procedures

Job Requirements

Candidates for this position must possess a Registered Nursing license from the State of Washington; prefer 5 years prior related experience, at least 2 of which is in a skilled facility, including at least 2 year of supervisory experience; a Bachelors degree preferred.
