We are looking to add to our staff a Technical Recruiter with excellent communication skills, strong work ethic, self-confidence and a high sense of urgency. Recruit, interview, evaluate and place highly skilled technical professionals on a contract, contract to hire or permanent basis.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to confirm job requirements, competencies, selection criteria, salary budget, interview teams and creation of search strategy.
• Execute comprehensive and innovative recruiting strategies to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates in a timely manner.
• Establish a pipeline of candidates for future openings through a variety of staffing approaches including Linkedin, Networking, Employee and Candidate Referral, as well as, company and general recruitment websites.
• Conduct phone screens and preliminary interviews of candidates that meet the requirements and submit acceptable candidates.
• Initiate reference checks
• Coordinate interviews and hiring/on-boarding process
• Provide exceptional customer service to designated Account Managers communicating consistently with updates
• Strategize with teammates to accomplish weekly business goals
• Participate in other recruitment events, as needed.
Qualifications
• Previous recruiting experience Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong relationships and engage and align with agency partners, client groups and candidates • Proven ability to deliver and achieve results in a fast paced, dynamic and changing environment • Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work in an environment with competing demands • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Ability to work in a team environment • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence others • Proficiency with MS Office, Application Tracking and/or HR Systems • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience * Must be available to travel for training in Tampa,Florida*
