Our agency is growing and we want you to come be a part of our team!  The Amy Alward Agency has been catering to the needs of our clients for almost 30 years.  We are looking for a confident and highly motivated individual that's interested in an entry level sales/customer service position to market insurance products and services.   Plus, a candidate who enjoys interacting with our clients and taking on the challenges of the day and thinking outside the box!

Job Responsibilities

Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.

Perform annual reviews for current clients. 

Make routine changes to current policies and process payments.

Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.

Assist customers with claim questions.

Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty

Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.

Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.

Strong communication skills, both oral and written

Must become licensed within the first 3 months of hire.
