We are Delaware County based IT Services Company that has an immediate opening for a Desktop Support - Helpdesk Tech. We are seeking an ambitious, hard-working
IT Professional who can own the responsibility of providing first-class technical support to our clients located in the Philadelphia and 5 County region, South Jersey and New Castle County, DE.
You will be providing remote support as well as onsite support so having a reliable vehicle is important.

This posision is a fast track to hands experience with Windows Server 2008 and 2012, Microsoft Exchange Server 2010, VMware VSphere - ESX , Cisco ASA and many other infrastructure technologies.

You must be willing to ACTIVELY participate in new training to improve your skills and success on the job. We do NOT want passive team members.

You must be a pleasant, positive person. We only want to work with people who are fun to work with and stimulating to our group.

Required Qualifications include:

Proficient in Windows XP and Windows 7 Desktop Operating Systems
Familiar with MAC OSX
Must have excellent telephone skills
Must have excellent communication skills and a proven ability to work with business owners, vendors, and end users.
Industry certifications preferred.
