Job Description
Position Description: Positions in this function develop automation for process flow steps based on requirements delivered from system Business Analyst or claim adjusters. Positions in this function review, analyzes, and modify automation programming systems including encoding, testing, debugging and installing for a large-scale computer system. Evaluates system specifications, input/output processes, and working parameters for hardware/software compatibility. This function provides expertise in software systems automation programming, operating software applications, consults on complex projects/existing applications, and overall operating systems. Primary Responsibilities: Comprehend and update existing automated processing scripts for new or current projects. Analyze and investigate process flows for automation opportunities Provide explanations and interpretations within area of expertise. Uses pertinent data and facts to identify and solve a range of problems within area of expertise. Investigates non-standard requests and problems, with some assistance from others. Works exclusively within a specific knowledge area. Prioritizes and organizes own work to meet deadlines. Provides explanations and information to others on topics within area of expertise.
Job Requirements
