Job Description - Managing internal audit process and reporting for a healthcare organization. - Risk assessment and internal controls. - Will conduct evaluations for Compliance Department. - Will prepare reports for Senior Management. - Maintain relationships with outside auditors.

Job Requirements- Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance is required. - MBA or CPA is required. - Experience in risk assessment and internal controls. - Experience with financial and operational audits. - At least 2 years of experience managing staff. - Big 4 or 2nd Tier public accounting experience strongly preferred. - 4 + years of audit experience. - SOX and COSO experience strongly preferred. - Background in health care or financial services is strongly preferred.
