Nature of Work
This position is responsible for direct sales of Membership Renewals and upgrades of our high end membership products to existing members while providing excellent customer service. This is a commissionable position with the average annual pay-out of $30,000.00.
Duties and Responsibilities
Process your own transaction activities.
Answers questions on Interval International member products.
Meets productivity requirements and achieves monthly goals.
Maintains a minimum of 90% performance on call monitoring’s.
Performs other related duties as required.
Knowledge, Abilities, and Skills
Telephone sales experience preferred.
Must be computer literate.
Must possess excellent customer skills.
Must have excellent telephone etiquette.
Must possess excellent oral and good written communication skills.
Should be detail oriented.
Once hired must maintain current product knowledge.
Must possess excellent negotiating and sales skills.
Must be able to work shifts.
