FACILITIES MAINTENANCE MANAGER Medix is currently hiring for a full-time Facilities Maintenance Manager for a commercial office building in the Kansas City area. Responsibilities include repairs and maintenance on HVAC systems, pneumatic controls, boilers, chillers, and electrical systems.
Job Requirements
Qualified candidates will have at minimum the following experience...
MINIMUM 3 years experience as a Facilities Maintenance Manager for a commerical building
HVAC and EPA Certifications
Experience repairing and maintaining commercial HVAC units, pneumatic controls, electrical systems, biolers, and chillers
