Hawley Troxell, one of the premier law firms in Idaho, is seeking a full-time Manager of Accounting & Information Systems. This position is responsible for managing and maintaining firm-wide accounting processes and technology platforms necessary to ensure the firm’s client services are delivered effectively and efficiently. Additional responsibilities include the daily leadership and supervision of the Accounting and the Information Systems staff as well as creating and maintaining processes to identify and meet the needs of the firm related to technology and finance.
The qualified candidate must have a minimum 5 years of experience in Accounting and Information Technology, and 3 years of experience with A/R, A/P, and general ledger, with a thorough understanding of computerized accounting systems and GAAP. A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and/or Information Technology is required, with an MBA and/or technology certification preferred. Must exhibit demonstrated leadership ability, and coaching and performance management skills with excellent verbal and written communication and organization skills. Position requires a highly self-motivated individual with proven problem solving ability. Must be able to function effectively in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
