Job Description Scheduler - Construction

Plan, prepare and issue and control production schedules and coordinate with material requirements to ensure a controlled flow of approved materials timed to meet production requirements. Advise management of status of work in progress, material availability and potential production problems to ensure that personnel, equipment, materials, and services are provided as needed. Schedules equipment and personne, confirms material supply and demands, prepare work orders or purchase requests for the production or purchase of components or parts based on master production schedule.

Job Requirements14 years of related experience. experience with a High School Eductation OR

6 years of experience with a Bachelor's Degree OR

4 years of experience with a Master's Degree.

Experience with scheduling software (Primavera strongly desired).

Must be knowledgeable in Critical Path Method (CPM)

Understanding of construction or shipbulding sequencing.

Understand IMP/IMS development and maintenance.

Understanding Critical Path Analysis.
