SUMMARY
The primary purpose of this position is to assist the Labor Relations and Legal Department in union related matters. This includes the administration of collective bargaining agreements, grievance investigations, arbitration preparation, preliminary responses to unfair labor practice charges and union awareness training. Frequent independent judgment is essential. The incumbent is also required to perform all tasks in a safe manner consistent with corporate policies and state and federal laws.

The following qualities are required:
Proficiency with the Microsoft® Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access).
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Paralegal Studies, Human Resources, Labor Relations, or related field. Will consider Associate’s degree with relevant experience as well. Some experience in a union environment is preferred but not required.
