The Instructor will focus on:

Evaluation Instruction

Communication Instruction

Evaluation of the prospective students abilities, attitude, and participation

School and Company standards

Teaching Backing Skills and Driving Evaluations

Job RequirementsQualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

Class A CDL, 8 months recent OTR tractor/trailer experience, and excellent safety & communication skills.
Dependability and initiative to take ownership of work processes.
Organized and self-driven, Instructors must be able to work independently.
Being able to multi-task and keep track of many tasks at the same time is critical for this position.
