Job Description

Can you make between 150-250 calls per day?

Do you like speaking to strangers on the phone?

Local Recruiting Agency currently hiring for internally for a Telemarketing position NO SALES INVOLVED. Responsibilities include the following:

Review resumes from popular online job boards to identify qualified candidates.

Cold call, approximately 150-200 calls per day, to candidates in order to discuss and recruit potential job opportunities. Conversations typically include discussing the job opportunities, answering questions, and asking screening questions to ensure the candidate is qualified.

Provide client with detailed notes of candidates interest in job opportunities.

Provide reports to management regarding number of leads generated on a daily basis.

Job RequirementsA successful candidate must meet the following requirements.

The ability to work independently with little supervision.
Make between 150-250 calls in an 8 hour shift.
Possess professional verbal communication skills and written communication skills.
Great attitude and willingness to work hard.
