Job Description This is a great opportunity for an LO looking for built in leads and developing relationships with nearly 100 realtors! Our client is seeking to place an experience Loan Officer (originator) in its well-established realtor location in Freehold, NJ. They are searching for a mortgage officer with at least 3 years experience of managing the home sale funding process from origination to close. Responsibilities: - Qualifying home buying prospects with Pre-Quals and Pre-Approvals through credit checks, compiling financial documents, and completing an application. - Keeping lines of communication open with the realtors and other stakeholders. - Ability to manage 30+ purchases in a pipeline.

Job Requirements- 3 plus years experience in originating purchases - Must be licensed in New Jersey or obtain a license within first 30 days. - Must have annual production of $10 Million or more. - Must be motivated by not only obtaining the loans but helping the clients obtain their homes. Hours for the positions would be from 9:30 AM to 6 PM,
