BSI is searching for a Technical Support Assistant for our client in Englewood. This position is a full time, temp to hire. This role would be responsible for performing office administrative tasks in relation to technical support, shipping, and other support tasks as needed, with a full technical and mechanical understanding of the products.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Must be able to read and understand technical instructions, written and verbal. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Telephone customer service experience preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required. Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently required.
