Reporting to the District Manager, the Manager-In-Training (MIT) will manage, direct and supervise the daily operations of store. The MIT will be responsible for planning, coordinating and monitoring the task completion of subordinates. He/ She will maintain a pleasant and courteous environment for customers and team members according to United Pacific goals, policies, and procedures. Employees in this classification receive direct supervision within a framework of well-defined United Pacific company policies and procedures. All MITs receive on-the-job training from the Store Manager and/or District Manager before transitioning into a Store Manager role. This position directly reports to the Store Manager.
