Job Description

The Corporate Marketing Manager (CMM) develops and manages corporate marketing strategies and programs that support overall corporate objectives and creates greater awareness of the company brand including: establishes requirements for marketing campaigns and programs; administers brand guidelines; develops and maintains promotional materials and document formats; develops marketing budgets; and manages marketing analysts and specialists.

 

Essential Functions

Actively manages assigned marketing staff; provides leadership, direction, mentorship and support; sets individual and team goals; identifies, recommends and/or provides training as needed.

Sets, supports and enforces assigned marketing staff performance objectives and key performance indicators; ensures alignment of department associates with company vision and values.

Develops and manages corporate marketing strategies and programs that support overall corporate objectives and creates greater awareness of the company brand including: establishes requirements for marketing campaigns and programs; administers brand guidelines; develops and maintains promotional materials and document formats; develops marketing budgets; and manages marketing analysts and specialists.

Day-to-day responsibility for marketing program planning, management and implementation; administers brand guidelines; develops and maintains promotional materials and document formats; coordinates and attends meetings, conferences, seminars and trade exhibitions as required; manages client leads; and generates periodic reports to management.

May appoint and manage marketing and graphic design agencies and works with internal specialists and executives.

 

Job Requirements
