Job Description

Location: Cerritos, CA

Essential Job Functions:

- Work with the leadership team to identify key process performance metrics. If metrics are not currently measured, work with team to develop measurement system

- This individual will have an increased focus on providing coaching, training, daily oversight and reporting of activities related to the installations and services provided by the Business Class Contractors

- Establish improvement and sustainment targets for metrics and facilitate exception-based discussions when measurements are out of acceptable range

Additionally, as a member of team the specialist will:

- Identify resources required to successfully execute improvement projects, guide the team in executing improvement activities, and communicate teams' progress to stakeholders

- Assist with cross functional analysis programs to drive operational improvements. This includes but is not limited to contractor financials and performance analytics

- Proven ability to identify issues, obtain relevant information, and relate / compare facts from different sources to identify solutions

- Assist leadership with the oversight of multi-functional contractor companies that are supporting Business Class Technical Operations

- Verify improvement initiatives are proceeding according to plan and introduce corrective measures where necessary

- Participate in efforts to implement ongoing process management mechanisms (process mapping, documentation, metrics, monitoring systems and process control techniques) Proficient communications skills (written/verbal).

- Demonstrate ability to understand and translate technical concepts

- Demonstrate teamwork skills, as well as an ability to function independently

Job Requirements:

- Proven operations metrics development and implementation

- Experience with data mining from CSG, ICOMS, Salesforce, and/or ARRIS Work Assure

- Experience with dashboards and gathering and reporting data

- Assist in defining field operations performance strategies and procedures

- Ability to develop Service Level Agreements and track to ensure

- Ability to recommend Improvement strategies

- Excellent documentation skills

- Excellent presentation skills, communication skills, and strong technical and problem solving abilities

Job Requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

- Continuous Service Improvement ITIL certification or understanding

Education and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree; or equivalent training, education and experience.
