Maintenance Technician 2 (TMMK) OVERVIEW:
MacLellan Integrated Services provides critical process cleaning, maintenance and support services to the automotive manufacturing industry throughout the U.S. and Canada.
We are expanding our footprint of services and are seeking to fulfill a critical Maintenance Technician position for our customer site in Georgetown, Kentucky. This key role will partner with our customer and our operations staff to identify opportunities to improve quality, increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Working in a self-directed diverse team based environment, this maintenance technician performs skilled work in the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical and electrical equipment. This includes troubleshooting, performing corrective and preventative maintenance, installing, maintaining, upgrading and repairing facilities and equipment in an automotive manufacturing plant with operations that include stamping, body weld, assembly, paint and plastics. This position requires adjusting to the changing needs of a fast-paced manufacturing environment with a focus on problem solving and continuously improving safety, quality and productivity and must support all internal and external Environmental, HazMat and Safety requirements.
Specific Duties & Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot, repair and perform preventive maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment and machinery using standard and specialized hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment in accordance with standardized procedures.
Repair, maintain and lubricate machinery and equipment.
Provide input to risk management plans that will anticipate reliability-related risks that could adversely impact plant operations.
Provide technical expertise to production, maintenance management and technical personnel and proactively address potential issues.
Ensure customer satisfaction, taking prompt action when needed.
Build culture of performance management and accountability.
2 12-hour shifts on Saturdays and Sundays, 2 8-hour shifts during the week, all 1st shift
Maintenance Technician 2 (TMMK) REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING TO BE CONSIDERED:
Ability to read machine schematics
Ability to use dial indicators, micrometers, clamp force gauges, and other specialty measuring tools
Ability to understand HMI (Human Machine Interface)
Ability to use a computer, with proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
Familiarity with a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
Ability to read and write, needs to be able to read and write JHA's and WIS
Machining experience preferred
