National Account Executive-Packaging Sales

Victory Packaging, a North American distribution company specializing in solving packaging problems and finding total cost reductions for our customers, is hiring a National Account Executive. The National Account Executive can work remotely anywhere in the Nation.

The National Account Executive will meet with clients nationwide to sell Victory’s custom solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong rolodex in the Industrial Packaging Industry and will be able to prospect using multiple channels including networking, internet and cold calling.

    • Responsibilities:

  • Meet with C-level Executives to discuss Victory Packaging solutions
  • Leverage client networking to meet with key decision makers
  • Oversee the Sales cycle from start to fulfillment
  • Gathering, analyzing, and applying business and industry knowledge of full cycle packaging industry
  • Driving business results by leveraging and expanding their personal capabilities and qualities, including initiative, decision making, planning, and resilience
  • Traveling through the nation  to call on existing and prospective customers to solicit orders
  • Understanding and using economic and financial data to understand a client's business
  • Knowing and understanding Client’s, processes, and solutions and exemplifying our vision and values, describing our products and solutions, and optimizing our resources and technology
    • Job Requirements
    • Bachelor’s Degree Required Masters Preferred
    • Minimum 5 years National Outside Sales
    • Experience in Industrial Packaging
    • Experience in Solution Sales
    • Experience meeting with C- level contacts
    • Ability to travel up to 75%
