Job Description Job is located in Davenport, IA.Maintenance Project Engineer

Plans, develops and implements maintenance projects and outages to optimize the utilization of the plant and equipment; including coordinating the availability of manpower, parts, materials, and equipment in preparation of work execution.

Understands and uses problem-solving techniques, root cause analysis and problem prevention.

Works to constantly improve and maintain preventative and predictive maintenance procedures.

Job Requirements

Successful candidate should possess:

Passion for safety.
Team player.
3 to 5 years of maintenance experience or engineering experience in a heavy industrial setting is required (or combination of training and work experience).

Must be familiar with common industrial systems such as:
- Hydraulics
- Rotating equipment
- Drives
- PLC’s

Must also possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
Project management and planning skills.
Time management skills.
Experience with continuous improvement.
Experience with reliability based maintenance.
