Job Description

The accounting clerk is a full time position.  Monday through Friday

Duties include:

Being the first point of contact in a busy office

Daily inputting detailed information into the computer

Maintaining files for equipment and personnel

Handling petty cash

Interfacing with employees

Managing office mail

Organizing and ordering office supplies

Generating correspondence

Reviewing daily sales sheets from thrift stores

Acting as backup to the payroll clerk  (if needed)

Job Requirements

Skills Required are:

Competency with Microsoft WORD & EXCELL

General Knowledge of office procedures

Proficiency in correspondence

Ability to interact with the public in a friendly and professional manner

Being detail oriented

Related work experience is preferred
