Job Description Dinsmore & Shohl, LLP, a prominent law firm with over 650 attorneys in 24 offices, has an immediate opening in their Charleston, West Virginia office for a full-time, experienced Project Coordinator to assist the Real Estate and Commercial Finance practice groups. This position requires consistent management of multiple aspects of real estate, finance and development project files. 

Job Requirements
    Applicants must be extremely organized and detail oriented.  Required experience in commercial real estate title examinations and preparation of related title reports.   Candidate must have familiarity with title insurance products and basic underwriting requirements.  Strong Ability to prepare settlement statements and related documentation for commercial real estate closings.  Knowledge of real estate documents, deeds, easements, and SoftPro Select are a plus. 2-5 years of experience required
