RN Clinical Supervisor - Full-Time
Due to wonderful growth, our NEW Shelbyville, IN Home Health agency is seeking an experienced RN Clinical Supervisor. This position will be responsible for the planning, coordinating and delivery of quality skilled services. Responsible for the orientation and continuous supervision of direct care staff. Responsible for efficient and effective utilization management in accordance with client needs, physician orders and payor requirements. Assures current and accurate clinical records. Plans and assures adherence to budgetary guidelines.

Current State RN license required.
RN Clinical Supervisor Three (3) years clinical experience with at least one (1) year home care experience. Proficiency in Home Care Conditions of Participation. OASIS experience is required. ICD-9 Coding experience strongly preferred.
