Job Description CNA & Medication Technician  Needs to be able to:
  • Read, write and comprehend the English language
  • Possess the ability to effectively work with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, governmental representatives, and the general public; demonstrates flexability, tact, patients, and enthusiasm in working with residents based upon their level of current functioning
  • Possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action
  • Possess the ability to work harmoniously with professional and non-professional personnel,
  • Be will in to seek out new methods and principals and incorporate them into existing practices
  • Lift, push and pull a minumn of 50 pounds
  • Assist in evacuation of residents durning emergency situations
    • Job Requirements.

    The Certified Nursing Assistant shall:

    - possess, as a minimum, a high school diploma or G.E.D.

    - be currently certified in accorardance with state statutes and regulations

    - successfully complete the required annual in-service hours for continued certification

    - be able to read, write, speak and comprehend the english language.
