Stephen AutoMall Centre is looking to hire a Customer Service Rep for our new Business Development Center

This Position has the Potential to make thousdands for a highly motivated, well organized, ambitious, and “People Oriented" person. All leads are provided, no cold calling. You will start at in entry level sales and marketing while gaining experience with our Customers. This is a fast-paced environment that moves a quickly as you want to go. The job includes salary PLUS commissions and bonuses. Hours to start 9-6 Friday and Saturday, Sunday 12-4 to Full-Time

Job description:

Stephen AutoMall Centre is seeking a BDC Associate with sales experience and some Auto Experience to call and E-mail Internet Customers. We are looking for an outgoing, confident, self-starter who is able to multi-task in a busy call center/sales environment. If you are an exceptional communicator with telephone skills, and are looking for a place to make a second home, you are on your way to making lots of money.

Job Requirements

Primary Responsibilities:

Handling incoming and outgoing sales calls and E-mails

Able to communicate persuasively with our customers to set up and confirm appointments for our sales staff

Excellent computer skills required    

 

Job Requirements:  

 A Career oriented individual, no job hoppers

Knowledge of Automobiles or Automobile Experience

Follow-up with customers after sales appointments to measure service quality

Computer Skills including, but not limited to Microsoft Outlook, other e-mails, Word, Excel, etc

Strong work ethic with professionalism and integrity a must

Demonstrate ability to meet or exceed established call center and individual goals

Interpersonal skills sufficient for effective interaction with varying personalities and demands

Be able to overcome customer objections and problem solving skills

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision

Automotive experience a must

A positive winning attitude

High School Education or equivalent

Bilingual candidates with fluency in both English and a second language a plus

Must be able to pass a Background and Drug Test

Own reliable transportation
