As the short term temporary Project Assistant, you will work in East Providence, Rhode Island. Major responsibilities - Assist project teams by providing administrative, technical and clerical support - Finding information online using research tools - Handling the analysis of data, development of reports, proofreading and editing of documents, and preparation of presentations - Seeking additional information to complete documents as necessary - Recording meeting minutes and maintaining records of tasks and progress - Ensuring key partners receive project information - Planning travel and accommodation details for training seminars, conferences and additional project-related events - Supporting Project Managers and maintaining project deliverable schedules by organizing team meetings and communication according to project specifications If interested, please send resumes directly to [Click Here to Email Your Resumé] for immediate consideration!
Job Requirements- Ability to multitask and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds - Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures - 1 year of business/office experience required - Strong familiarity with data entry - Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word - Command of Microsoft Excel - Excellent attention to detail - Expertise in database and file management - BA/BS degree in business, communications, or related field preferred; high school diploma or its equivalent required - Skill in Microsoft Office Suite applications - PowerPoint and Outlook - Microsoft Project, JIRA, Mavenlink, and NetSuite experience is a plus
