Robert Half Management Resources is looking for a Corporate Tax Accountant with at least 5 or more years of Corporate Tax experience. As the Corporate Tax Accountant you will manage tax research and filings and prepare income tax accounting provisions. This contract opportunity is located in Holland, MI and could lead to a full-time role for the right Corporate Tax Accountant. Please contact Brian Braat at 616-774-3286. Responsibilities: • Prepare U.S. corporate income tax returns • Assist with consolidation of corporate income tax return • Research complex federal and state tax issues and communicate findings to support positions that are taken on projects and tax returns • Prepare income tax accounting provisions • Reconcile tax accounts and fixed asset reports • Prepare responses to tax exam inquiries and document requests • Assist with special projects as needed
Job Requirements• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, or related field • Certified Public Accountant or CPA candidate • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel • Must demonstrate strong time management skills and be able to complete multiple assignments within established deadlines • Requires strong verbal and written communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills • Must be self-motivated, detail oriented and organized
