Job Description


Kforce has a client in search of a Customer Support Specialist in Depew, New York (NY).Essential Job Functions:
  • First point of contact for customers, either in person or over the telephone
  • Identify and address customers' immediate needs
  • Do not sell; Direct clients to appropriate colleagues who will transact
  • Contractors will be handling incoming and outgoing calls on a daily basis
  • Some calls come in and some come through online inquiry and they will have to reach out
  • Majority of the day is on the phone, being articulate is extremely important
  • Contractors will be handling around 30 calls per day that range in duration
  • Will be working on a team of 30+ in the same role
  • Job Requirements


    • Customer service skills 1-2+ years
    • Call Center experience/ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent computer skills
