Lehigh Technical is sourcing a Services Coordinator Specialist with a Pre-Sales background.

We're actively seeking a Services Coordinator Specialist/Associate with Pre Sales experience to ensure efficient management and timely workflow within our organization's Professional Services and Service Delivery business units (Consulting and Field support).
 


  • Work closely with the Professional Services Practice Managers, Presales Associates, Project Coordinators, financial operations, and other parts of the organization.

  • Self-starter with excellent organizational skills, time management skills and who possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Main responsibilities for this role include; meeting facilitation (both internal and external calls), scope / solutions definition, data collection, pricing, administration of the ticketing system, and ad hoc initiatives to support Professional Services.

  • The Pre-sales Sr. Associate will be the catalyst to help grow the professional services business.

  • Ensure efficient management and timely workflow within our organization's Professional Services and Service Delivery business units (Consulting and Field support).

    Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming opportunities and customer deliverable (CD) requests.

  • Scope opportunities/CDs for deliverables and prepare contractual documents.

  • Create Rough Order Magnitude (ROM) documents for opportunities/CDs when sample pricing is requested. 

  • Create Statements of Work (SOWs) for any project based work required by a customer. 

  • Work closely with the Delivery team to ensure smooth transition from pre-sales to delivery for projects.

  • Be a focal point for continuous process improvement to position the business growth.

  • Facilitate services sales process/requests through collaboration with delivery team.

  • Maintain professionalism and proper etiquette through all forms of communication.

  • Perform other administrative support duties and projects as needed.


  • Professional Qualities and Experience


  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or comparable information systems degree         

  • Two years of IT industry experience within the data center/data center infrastructure space, and/or Network space.

  • General knowledge of business practices and procedures.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and professional client facing demeanor.

  • Strong writing, typing and editing skills.

  • Proficient with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Strong ability to analyze and solve problems, perform complex tasks, and prioritize multiple projects.

  • Experience in CRM and ERP systems (i.e. Oracle, SalesForce, etc.)

  • Ability to work under aggressive time frames/target completion dates.

  • Must be flexible and able to work occasional overtime as required.
