Apex Life Sciences has an immediate opening for an On-Site Coodinator position at one of our Pharmaceutical clients in the North Wales, PA. area.  The ideal candidate will have a scientific background and an interest in Customer Support.

Job Title: On Site Coordinator

Summary: The on site coordinator provides preventative maintenance analysis and recommendation to the customer.  He/she will conduct monthly review meetings to review outstanding terms, manage on site data, and manage data bases.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Primary liaison for Scheduled Maintenance acitivity.
  • Place and track preventative maintenance (PM) calls to and from OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) and third party service providers, prioritizing as necessary.
  • Point-of-contact regarding  preventative maintenance, for Engineers, OEM and third party service providers.
  • Interact and communicate with client personnel via telephone and email.
  • File and retrieve quality documents within auditable system.
  • Qualifications:

    To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • College degree or equivalent education and work experience.
  • Two or more years of administrative and customer service experience, preferably in a pharmaceutical R&D chemistry lab operations.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suite, and SAP systems.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter who is highly organized, good with people, and who works well with others in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accurate data entry.
