JOB SUMMARY: D Shift, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and every other Thursday, 6PM-6AM, 20% Shift Premium Sustain equipment and process flow in wafer fab to ensure optimization of the process line. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Sustain current processes to achieve greater line and parametric yields. Monitor process trends to ensure compliance with necessary parameters. 2. Monitor test wafer runs and analyze the visual and physical test data to determine process quality, make adjustments as necessary. 3. Maintain documentation and statistical process control charts on processes. 4. Support company initiatives, such as; quality, safety and environmental management, CQI, 5S, yield management, and cost containment. Knowledge of semiconductor processing techniques. Skills in technical writing, computers, interfacing with people, problem solving and organization. Typically requires minimum of Associates degree in Electrical Engineering, physics, chemistry or related field, or equivalent experience.
