This position serves as the primary escalation point to the Members (Providers), assuring optimal delivery of all products and services.
Education: Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in the field can be substituted.
Experience: 3 years in relevant healthcare.
Licensure: Current and valid Driver?s License.
Certification: Epic Credentialed or Certified a plus
Skills: Work experience in Epic, project management or clinical job function (depending on specific position). Excellent customer service skills. Excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to triage needs. Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work with managers, executives and professionals. Adequately uses, the department's computerized systems and its associated devices. Excellent critical thinking/problem-solving skills. Organizes and prioritizes work and manages multiple tasks and assignments.
