A growing firm in S. Seattle, WA that was for being in the top employers for Seattle is looking to hire 2 Sales Admins to support the inside sales team. This role is a 3 month contract to hire.
Duties will include but not limited to
* Processes and verifies accuracy of sales quotes.* Works collaboratively with other internal departments to process customer quotes and samples.* Manages and maintains high volume email and production queues. * Provides efficient and timely responses to customer inquiries.* Understands all iClick product lines, production processes, and timelines and communicates this information accurately and effectively to customers.* Reports directly to the Inside Sales Manager.Qualifications:* Positive attitude and ability to provide exceptional customer service.* Personal commitment to quality, effective time management, and attention to detail.* Excellent oral and written communication skills.* 1-2 yrs administrative experience in fast-paced, high-volume environment.* Knowledge of Google Business Products (G-Mail, Google Docs), Cloud Storage systems (Box.net), Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems. * Promotional Product Industry experience is a plus.
