How you will make an impact - Handle special administrative projects, including overflow work from department and executive assistants - Establish completion of paperwork, sign-in, and security procedures - Greet and direct all visitors including vendors, clients, and customers
Job Requirements- 1 or more years of experience handling multi-line phone systems - Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively throughout all levels of the company - Good understanding of calendar managements and scheduling appointments - Editing experience highly valued - Adeptness in composing various kinds of correspondence - Proofreading experience - Demonstrated knowledge of email - Foundational knowledge in customer service - Microsoft Excel experience required - Earlier work involving customer service experience - Previous experience working with report generation - Comprehension of records maintenance - Background working with typing under 45 words per minute - Comprehensive knowledge of internet - Practical knowledge of Microsoft Word - MS Outlook experience highly preferred - Strong familiarity with typing over 60 words per minute - General familiarity with switchboard phones from 1-10 lines If you are an efficient and resourceful self-starter, please contact us about an amazing job opportunity!
