This is a driving role – Must have reliable transportation and clean driving record. Should expect to drive around 50 to 75 miles a day.
We are in need of a dedicated Hardware Break-Fix Technician role supporting one of our clients. This Tech will cover a large area around Oshkosh WI, supporting corporate offices and branches.

  • Responsible for installing monitors
  • Troubleshooting and diagnosing problems with desktops and laptops
  • Replacing system boards on laptops.
  • Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and fixing issues with Laser Jet printers
  • Job Requirements


    • 3 to 5 years of practical experience servicing LaserJet printers in a field dispatch environment
    • 3 to 5 years of experience servicing laptop / desktops in a field dispatch environment
    • 3 to 5 years of experience working on servers in this environment (not help desk)

    This is an extremely busy area with a high case volume so organizational skills and promptness are a must. The work schedule will be M-F 8 to 5. Overtime can happen from time to time when working after hours servicing cases.
