Please note:  This job posting is designed to create a pool of qualified candidates for current and future opportunities.

It is the primary responsibility of the Pool Guest Attendant to ensure the overall satisfaction of all pool guests by providing greeting upon arrival, distributing towels, offering assistance with seating, and displaying excellent customer service. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and property policies, practices, and procedures.

  • Greet all guests in a timely manner as they enter the pool area.
  • Fulfill all pool guest requests in a timely manner.
  • Assist all guests with seating in the pool area.
  • Maintain cleanliness of pool facility by picking up towels, garbage, and other debris in the pool area.
  • Set up and break down pool area by stacking chairs, un-stacking chairs, straightening chairs, and rolling towel bins.
  • Maintain attentiveness to environment in the pool facility to ensure guest enjoyment.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of pool facility and services by answering guest questions and fulfilling guest needs.
  • Follow company customer service standards to ensure the highest level of guest service.
  • Perform all other job related duties as requested.
  • Required:

  • Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.
  • Preferred:

  • Previous experience working in a similar resort setting.
