Job Description

Our Client in the Madison area is looking for an efficient and detail-oriented candidate to join their team on a temp-to-hire basis as an Operations Specialist! This position will consist mainly of indexing and processing documents within Cliff/Document Manager with the addition of general clerical responsibilities. This position is Monday through Friday 7:30a-4:30p with a starting pay rate of $15/hr.

Job Duties:

  • Process and review forms faxed from clients, checking for accuracy
  • Resolve any erroneous entries through escalation or consultation with team members
  • Prepare accurate IRS forms
  • Log all correspondence as far as calls, e-mails, faxes, letters, etc.
  • Maintain and assist with files and mailings
  • Process incoming mail and other tasks as needed
  • Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma
  • Ability to pass a background check as well as credit, education, and employment verification
  • 1+ year of office experience
  • Entry level knowledge of IRA, ESA, and HSA
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (specifically Word and Excel)
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work overtime as needed
