Kforce has a client seeking a Specialty Product Management in Waukegan, Illinois (IL).Summary:This role will support strategic and ongoing activities for Contactless product management and for supporting development of new payment products, in particular passive wearables. The Consultant will also assist the contactless product manager to build and manage the list of vendors who are adding contactless support into their products. The Consultant may also be required to work with Global Network's business partners to identify market requirements to be incorporated into the Contactless product, and may provide support to the sales teams as they promote our products and services to clients.Principle Responsibilities:
  • Support the product management team in the maintenance and evolution of product specifications and documentation
  • Help to maintain strong relationships with vendor partners to ensure support of Contactless by card and terminal providers around the world
  • Support the contactless product manager as they build and manage the pipeline of terminal vendors who are adding Contactless to their products
  • Provide support and SME to the product team as they complete the proof of concept and product development for passive wearables
  • Work with the technology team to develop specific features and functions that will enhance the contactless product set and meet the emerging needs of the payments industry
  • Support Card and other issuing partners in product-related areas
  • Job Requirements


    • Bachelor's degree or higher
    • Experience of contact/contactless EMV at a technical level
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Able to co-ordinate activities by others and provide leadership to cross-functional project teams
    • MS Office Suite experience
    • Other PM tools (MS Project, Visio)
    • Highly organized and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously
    • Strong, demonstrated decision making, collaboration and prioritization skills
    • Ability to proactively resolve complex problems
