Job Description Job Description Electro-Optical Infrared systems engineering manager for the Survivability, Targeting and Sensing Solutions business area. Technology leader for the development, design and testing of imaging arrays and complex imaging systems for visible and infrared solutions. Demonstrated experience an all program lifecycle phases including transition to production. Demonstrated experience leading large proposal efforts. Proven Systems Engineering, communication and presentation skills for all levels from Program Executive Officer to the end user.Typical Education & Experience Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 10 years work experience or equivalent experienceRequired Skills and Education Master's Degree with fifteen years of technical leadership experience
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering with studies in Optical systems
Integration and Test of complex systems.
EVMS experience
Functional management experience
Technical mentorship for the development of engineers
Active SECRET security clearance

Interacts frequently with internal and external management and senior-level customer representatives concerning projects, operational decisions, scheduling requirements and/or contractual clarifications. Leads briefings and meetings for internal and external representatives.
