Job Description

Apex Systems is looking for a Marketing Analyst with experience in digital campaigns and e-commerce. 

ABOUT THE JOB: We are seeking a digital marketing specialist who has a passion for growing and expanding an online sales channel. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: creation and monitoring of digital campaigns across multiple channels, reporting and analytics and the monitoring of online pricing adherence. The person will have a key role in implementing our digital marketing strategy and growing our online sales channel.

SPECIFIC TYPES OF KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field is required
  • Basic understanding of SEM, SEO, remarketing, display advertising, social media and analytics
  • Strong analytical skills as it relates to ROI
  • Capability to communicate to all levels of the organization
  • Understanding of utility rebate programs
  • Demonstrated time management skills as it relates to multi-channel campaign management
  • Preferred candidates would also meet the following criteria:

  • Understanding of paid search tools such as Google Adwords, MSN Ad Center and Google Analytics
  • Demonstrated budget, project and campaign management techniques
  • Experience in monitoring online pricing and adherence to pricing policies
  • Working knowledge of email marketing campaign development and management
  • PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google/Bing and multiple marketplaces
  • Develop and implement of ad copy for digital marketing campaigns, including A/B testing
  • Monitor and maintain digital campaigns, including bid and keyword adjustments as well as ad copy editing
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals
  • Make campaign and landing page recommendations based on performance analysis to ensure digital initiatives are performing optimally
  • Monitor online channels for internet minimum advertised price (IMAP) policy violators
  • Enforce IMAP with policy violators via email, phone and the wholesale team
  • Assist with the content creation, review and approval for various online channels
  • Maintain communication with both internal and external partners to execute campaigns based on marketing calendar
  • Assist in identifying and solving issues that arise during the implementation of a digital campaign
  • Manage campaign budgets according to approved marketing plan
  • Monitor competitor initiatives and remain up-to-date on digital marketing trends
  • Assist in the identification of additional online channels for advertising purposes
  • Work with creative team to A/B test landing pages and site changes
  • Assist in the development of product launch initiatives including campaign development, messaging testing, budget allocation and optimization
  • Work with customer experience leader to coordinate email marketing campaigns and other such initiatives, as assigned
