• Paid holidays As a Installation and Repair Technician, you will be responsible for installing and repairing telephone, cable television, cable modem, and DSL lines for our residential and commercial customers. This will require that you work directly with our customers, explaining all products and services, and ensuring that they receive world-class customer service.

Your specific duties in this role will include:

• Repairing telephone lines, cable TV lines, main lines, and drops
• Installing and repairing I-wire or coax wire, telephone, and cable jacks
• Promoting company products through upsells
• Hanging and troubleshooting drops and cable
• Performing central office wiring
• Maintaining regular attendance and following designated safety practices.
• Consulting with customers to determine problems with service
• Maintaining and upgrading outside plant
